Coming Spring 2026

I will be hosting regular Kitchen Supper & Wine Clubs at my home overlooking the beautiful Stour Estuary, close to Manningtree, Essex.

If you fancy hearing some interesting anecdotes and tips from Max’s several decades in gastronomy and food whilst he cooks for you in his own home.

Max’s Supper Club is a convivial dining experience, an ideal gift for foodie friends or relatives, or a treat for yourself.

Join Max in his Bradfield home for great food, flowing wine and plenty of conversation. Pull up a seat at Max’s stunning kitchen island as he talks about his passion, his life in food as a Michelin starred chef & restaurateur, a decent glass or two of carefully paired wines.

The evening starts with a visit to the wine cellar where you will enjoy an aperitif & canapés, then to the kitchen with a glass of wine or so, watch Max cook and prepare dinner in the summer dinner will be served on the terrace and in the cooler months in the dining room both with stunning views of the Stour Estuary.

Maximum of 6 guests per dinner.

Cost per guest including food, and matching vintage wines from £180 per person.
