I am passionate about all things ‘vinicole’, particularly France – Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône, and the Alsace, together with great German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese Wines. I have been privileged to enjoy memorable bottles from an early age with my family, and friends. Professionally tasting and buying wines for my restaurants and my enjoyment since my twenties. We maybe joined by a guest wine expert to lead the evening, which will be tailored individually to our guests wishes.

The tasting will start with an aperitif and canapés in the cellar, where we can choose the evenings wines, if not already selected.

Matching Farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie will be served with wines.
